Climate Change and COP26- Trade and Climate change should be dealt in COP26 although not formally on the agenda

Trade issues are directly relevant to climate action in many ways. Achieving the Paris climate goals requires a significant change in the organization of global value chains and in the composition and geography of trade flows. Maybe a Trade Ministers’ Coalition for Cooperation on Climate Action is missing?
