The European Commission launched the European Board on Agriculture and Food (EBAF) on December 5th! 🌾🍎

➡️ Chaired by Commissioner Christophe Hansen, the EBAF aims to promote a new culture of dialogue, trust, and participation among stakeholders in the food supply chain, civil society, and the European Commission.

📌 Key highlights of the EBAF:
▶️ High-level advice to the Commission on the Strategic Dialogue on the Future of EU Agriculture.
▶️ Contribution to the Vision for Agriculture and Food, to be presented within the first 100 days of the new mandate.
▶️ Membership open to a balanced representation of stakeholders: farmers, food supply chain actors, and civil society organizations.
